The former Coca-Cola plant in Durham was purchased by Duke University and was renovated into administrative space for the growing university. The space contains more offices for the administration, as well as a shared learning classroom. A complete upfit was completed for mechanical, electrical and plumbing throughout the building. The new spacious environment is located nearby the Duke University Campus.
